Reflecting Schoen's personal connection to the cobbled path leading to his Mallorca house, it becomes an intimate olfactory journey. The fragrance's top note features bergamot and orange for a light and cheerful start, embodying the island's orange groves. Mediterranean plants like laurel, rosemary, juniper, and dry cypress contribute to a spicy, herbal freshness. The drydown unveils classic Mediterranean elements: mastic, a resin with a clean, sharp scent, and cistus labdanum, offering a sweet, leathery balsamic quality. With around 15% cashmeran providing piney warmth, the scent introduces a subtle fig note, capturing the bitterness of leaves and the ripeness of fruit. For Schoen, figs are a nod to the authentic happiness of summer by the sea. Escentric 05 is more than a riff on the Molecule; it is Schoen's most personal fragrance, a piece of his heart.
